Common vehicle types for this coverage include limousines, vans, private passenger types, SUVs, trolleys and trams, and more. Coverage options include Auto Liability, Auto Physical Damage, and General Liability.


  • For-hire and courtesy operations with primary nature-of-use transporting passengers.

Ineligible risks:

  • Taxis
  • Emergency and Non-Emergency Medical Transport
  • Charter operations
  • Farm labor
  • Prisoner transport
  • Railroad crews
  • Schools
  • Urban bus
  • TNCs (transportation network companies, i.e. Lyft, Hailo and Uber) are not eligible if more than 20% of revenue is generated from this application

Submission requirements:

  • ACORD applications
  • Public automobile questionnaire
  • Expiring term plus three prior years of currently valued loss experience
  • Current MVR's for all drivers
  • Forms available upon request for contact from the Program Administrator

The Program Administrator can answer questions about eligibility, coverage, or commissions. They will also be able to provide you with the appropriate forms for a submission. Please Note: Zurich Program Administrators have individual appointment processes. They retain the right to appoint/terminate subproducer relationships. If a Zurich Program Administrator declines to appoint, no alternative Program Administrators can be considered for the class of business.
