    Topping Out celebration in August 2015

    Zurich and area dignitaries celebrated the highest point of construction on the new North American headquarters with a Topping Out ceremony on Aug. 13, 2015, as a crane lifted the highest beam into place. The project is the largest build-to-suit office project currently underway in the United States, expected to serve approximately 2,500 employees and contractors.

    Groundbreaking event in June 2014

    State and local dignitaries joined Zurich officials on June 24, 2014, for the groundbreaking of our new headquarters in suburban Chicago. The world-class building will be 750,000 square feet on 40 acres, achieving environmental sustainability and standing as a symbol of our growth and commitment to the North American market.
