Randall Clouser is the Head of Marketing, Distribution and Regional Management for Zurich North America. In this role, he is responsible for leading all aspects of marketing, including branding, market research, customer insight, digital marketing and proposition development. He is also responsible for driving Zurich’s distribution strategy and business initiatives through its regional field offices in the United States and Canada. He has been with Zurich since 1996. Prior to his current role, Clouser served as Zurich’s Group chief marketing officer and head of global communications at Zurich’s Corporate Center in Switzerland. He also launched Zurich Corporate Solutions, a business specializing in integrated risk financing. Before joining Zurich, he was president of Continental Risk Management and led the merger integration team when CNA acquired Continental Insurance in 1995.

External appointments

Clouser is on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation in New York and serves on the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House of New York. He is also a Rockefeller Fellow and member of the Partnership for New York City.

Educational background

Clouser earned his bachelor’s degree from the American University and his master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
