Tired of writing and mailing checks? You can make your UUAC (Universal Underwriters Acceptance Corporation) vehicle payment by phone in minutes.
Phone with tone service:
- 24-hour a day availability, 7 days a week
- small service charge of $4 for paying by phone
- call 1 877 381-2729
- use your phone keypad to put in your account number or Social Security number if the system asks for it (you may not be asked for this if you’re calling from a phone number we have registered to you)
- the system will give you your next payment due information and ask if you want to pay now
- use your phone keypad to enter your bank routing number and account number (both at the bottom of your check) and the amount you want to pay
- payment usually occurs within 24 hours
Phone without tone service – or you want to speak to a customer service representative when you pay:
- M – Th 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., Fri. 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. , Sat. 8 a.m. – noon, Central Time
- small service charge of $4 for paying by phone
- call 1 800 308-8822
- give the bank and check number information from the bottom of your check verbally
- payment usually occurs within 24 hours
