Finance Graduate Development Program
What is the Finance Graduate Development Program?
The Finance Graduate Development Program aims to hire talented and highly motivated Finance undergraduates to enter a rotational program that provides an opportunity to develop into well-rounded finance professionals.
The Zurich North America Finance Organization is looking for highly talented recent college graduates with the drive to become successful members of our finance team. The Finance Graduate Development Program is a two-year, entry-level program that spans four rotations within the Zurich Finance organization.
Finance rotations include:
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Planning and performance management
- Treasury
- Tax
- Group reinsurance
The program is led by senior Zurich finance professionals and mentors and is committed to groom recent graduates for senior analyst roles and potentially Zurich leadership positions.
Minimum requirements include:
- 3.2 GPA (undergraduate degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team skills
- Leadership and management potential
- Strong technical and analytical abilities
- Relevant prior internship(s) and/or leadership role
- Flexible, and adaptable
Each graduate is hired with strong technical, analytical and communication skills. Equally important, graduates are individuals joining our team who will challenge the status quo and ramp up quickly while sharing what is learned.
Hired graduates can expect technical and leadership training per each rotation, along with interim and final feedback, mentoring for incoming and existing grads, engagement in leadership development programs, and multiple opportunities for each graduate to find opportunities that meet individual interests and business needs.
"The Finance Graduate Development Program is a key milestone on Finance's journey to Being the Best. This program will allow us to start building the next generation of talent not just for Finance but for the organization as a whole." Vibhu Sharma, CFO.
