What is the Underwriter Trainee Program?

Zurich’s Underwriter Trainee Program is for highly talented college graduates with the drive to become successful members of our underwriting team.  Each year we select top talents from around the United States through a rigorous recruiting process.

In just 12 short weeks you will have the tools you need to succeed in the growing world of insurance.  As an underwriter, you will help your customers understand the risks they face, and how to best handle each risk.  You will develop relationships with the brokers and agents selling our policies.
