- Excelerate Glass Repair Program – Provides convenient, high-quality auto glass replacement and windshield repair through in-shop or mobile services, available via 24-hour instant scheduling.
- Litigation Management Programs – Assists in managing and controlling litigated claims and their associated costs through the retention and management of select house counsel, development of customized litigation plans and aggressive monitoring of the insured's litigation progress. Between 2005 and 2007, use of Zurich's house counsel saved an average of 42% over use of insured select counsel.
- Mass Litigation Claims Services – Helps to evaluate and manage the cost of litigation for third-party claims arising out of an allegedly defective or harmful product or condition that results in bodily injury or property damage.

- Online C.A.R.E.® Directory – Provides workers compensation customers, agents, brokers and insureds involved with Zurich's Managed Care program access to an online directory of PPO medical providers. The user will view the latest list of hospitals, physicians and related medical services in their geographic area, including a street map showing the provider's address, phone number, and location.
- Pharmacy Management Program – Enables injured workers to obtain prescriptions from a network of more than 55,000 pharmacies at no out-of-pocket cost to the employee.
- Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) – Offers a comprehensive network of more than 580,000 regional and national providers to help ensure injured workers can find quality medical care close to home or the jobsite.
- Recovery Services – Provides a multi-line and multi-jurisdictional service that focuses on streamlining the recognition, referral and subrogation processes. Our services include line of business action plans, subrogation training seminars, comprehensive litigation management program, monthly audits, cycle time program, arbitration program, a balanced scorecard and targeted technology applications.
