Builders Risk
Zurich’s innovative Builders Risk coverage capabilities include master, deposit premium and reporting form policies, installation floaters, contract change order, testing of building systems, delay in completion and contractor's expediting and extra expense coverage. Zurich can also provide existing structure coverage, optional flood, windstorm and earthquake coverage, coverage for architect's and engineer's fees, law or ordinance and emergency property protection expense coverage. Residential, remodeling and renovation programs are available and we have the ability to underwrite civil and infrastructure, bridges and tunnels, energy projects, stadiums, airports and projects of virtually every size and scope. Contractor's Equipment
Contractor’s Equipment coverage includes scheduled or blanket coverage. Our special coverage package automatically includes basic limits for additional debris removal expenses, expediting expenses, fire department service charges, inventory and appraisal, recharge of fire extinguishing equipment, and reward for recovery of stolen equipment.
Optional coverages include borrowed contractor's equipment, employee tools, unscheduled equipment, rental reimbursement, nonowned/rental equipment, spare parts and fuel, and pollution and clean up.

Fire Sprinkler Contractors
This American Fire Sprinkler Association Endorsed Program was created in 1989 and continues to be the program of choice for fire sprinkler contractors nationwide. Operations include system design, fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of water based systems. We also have an electronic audit trail and claim documentation program that assists the contractor in streamlining the claim adjustment process. Coverage is available for general liability and umbrella.

Roofing Contractors
The U.S. roofing industry is comprised of about 25,000 firms, the vast majority of which are small, privately held companies. The industry employs about 300,000 people; about 200,000 of them are roof mechanics — people who are involved in the application of roofs.
