We’re there when you need us. We have 3,500 claims employees located in 60 offices across the U.S. and provide risk management tools to allow you to monitor ongoing claims activity. We have claims experience in premises operations exposures including slips, trips and falls and contracts and leases. Our claims processes are quick, painless, and will help you get your business back on track. Fully 95 percent of our claims are responded to on the same day of initial reporting. In addition, over 90 percent of our customers reported satisfaction with our claims handling.

Risk management
As of 2010, Zurich North America has 200 property and casualty risk engineering professionals with real estate risk management experience. We can work with you to create tailored service plans, addressing various concerns such as vacancy surveys, water damage prevention, appraisals, contractor management and more. Zurich is the only major provider with an in-house staff of certified property appraisers, averaging 25 years of professional experience, to help ensure insurable property values are reported accurately.
