ISO-based Portfolio Package Transition Zurich North America is preparing to transition from the independent package products we currently offer our customers to the ISO-based Zurich portfolio product. This transition will begin on May 1, 2002 for both new and renewal policies, subject to state approval. Adopting the Zurich portfolio product, while at the same time enhancing our operating platform, will enable us to more effectively deliver the kind of advantages you’ve come to expect in your association with Zurich North America.
