Our customers are our best source of information about the nature of their losses. The more detailed information you provide, the faster we can assign your claim to one of our claims offices for handling.

After you complete the following screens, we will electronically route your claim information to the Zurich North America Claim Care Center for registration and assignment to the appropriate claim office. You will receive an e-mail notice confirming that the claim was received, processed and assigned to a claim office.
