Zurich North America to showcase enhanced F&I digital presence at NADA 2017

SCHAUMBURG, Ill., January 25, 2017

Celebrating 95 years serving U.S. Auto Dealers

Zurich North America once again is an active participant in this week’s National Automobile Dealers Association NADA100 Convention & Expo 2017 in New Orleans. At the convention, Zurich will showcase an enhanced digital presence providing auto dealers with key resources designed to help improve the car buying experience and educate car buyers on the value of F&I products. This year marks the company’s 95th year serving automobile dealers.

“Zurich’s relationship with the auto dealer industry is almost as old as NADA itself,” said David Putz, head of Direct Markets and Programs for Zurich North America. “We look forward to seeing everyone at NADA100 this year, to talk about our insights and experience; to share new offerings for our customers and to listen and learn from auto dealers.”

Zurich will preview a soon-to-be-launched suite of informative videos and supporting materials for consumers to access through dealer websites. The online content will allow car buyers to research available F&I products before visiting the dealership, allowing them time to make informed decisions on what products and options are best suited for them. Zurich is among the first to provide F&I information car buyers can access while shopping on dealership websites.

Zurich’s booth is 2142 in the exhibition hall. There, visitors will have the opportunity to preview videos and other digital material; as well as get an overview of the company’s award winning auto dealer compliance training program.

Zurich also will demo the latest enhancements to its illuminate iPad® application. Since it was first introduced at NADA in 2014, illuminate has changed the F&I point of sale customer experience.  The latest illuminate enhancements offer greater functionality and smoother navigation, including new product videos and additional term and coverage options; as well as the ability to capture customer signatures and save or print transaction records.

Zurich can trace its roots in the U.S. automotive industry back to 1922 with the founding of Universal Underwriters. Today Zurich provides commercial insurance, F&I products and services, consultative training services, Streamlined Selling System® illuminate, income development technology, compliance resources and reinsurance programs to the automotive retail industry segment including franchised auto, independent auto, motorcycle and power sports and RV dealerships.

Zurich is one of the largest insurance providers of franchised auto dealers in the United States and one of the top providers of F&I products and services. Learn more at http://zurichna.com/en/industries/auto/dealerships.
