Zurich North America Programs unit names new leader for Diversified Programs, Specialty Auto and Aftermarket business

Zurich North America has named Eric Cittadino as Strategic Business Unit Leader for Diversified Programs, Specialty Auto and Aftermarket within the Programs unit of Alternative Markets. He replaces David Banks who has decided to retire at the end of the year.
Currently the Chief of Staff for Alternative Markets, Cittadino will be responsible for growing existing programs and securing new programs to establish future success for Zurich North America. Cittadino’s new role will become effective September 1. He will report directly to Greg Massey, Head of Programs and be based in Schaumburg, Ill.
“Our ability to fill the Programs’ Strategic Business Unit Leader position with someone from within our Zurich family is something to celebrate,” said Massey. “Eric has held a number of key leadership roles across Zurich including participation on our Alternative Markets leadership team, which will greatly benefit our Programs’ customers.”
Cittadino is a highly regarded professional with strong technical expertise and has more than 20 years of underwriting experience. Since joining Zurich in 2000, he has filled several key roles; including serving as Regional Vice President in Construction for Commercial Markets where he was responsible for staff management and development; annual planning and premium forecasting, regional profitability and agency management.
