Zurich to showcase latest features of F&I online education at NADA 2018

Embedding F&I information directly into dealer websites increases customer convenience and dealer success

Zurich North America arrives in Las Vegas this week for the National Automobile Dealers Association NADA Expo 2018. The global insurance company, one of the top providers of F&I products and services in the United States, will use the opportunity to showcase its F&I Online Consumer Education Program. Zurich’s enhanced digital presence allows dealers the ability to offer a co-branded F&I landing page featuring product videos and interactive brochures directly on their websites.

Zurich recently introduced the new F&I offering to all of its F&I dealer customers, following a 2017 pilot. To date, more than 150 dealers have enrolled. The program provides a simple and effective way for car buyers to learn about vehicle protection products as they progress through their decision making process.

“The internet is a part of the shopping experience for more and more car buyers and that includes researching auto protection options in advance of purchasing a new vehicle,” Santivasi explained. “This year, we take that experience to the next level, giving auto dealers the ability to provide their customers with the right information at the right time to make an informed decision.”

Zurich’s booth is 3421C in the exhibition hall. There, visitors will have the opportunity to talk with the Zurich team and see the program’s features including 11 animated videos and interactive brochures for car buyers. Benefits for dealers include dealer branding with dealership logo and address and contact info, lead generation and the ability to measure customer engagement.

In 2014, Zurich first introduced digital F&I consumer education with its illuminate iPad® application, which changed the F&I point of sale customer experience. Zurich has enhanced illuminate in recent years and continues to offer point of sale F&I information with great functionality and smooth navigation, including product videos and additional term and coverage options, as well as the ability to capture customer signatures and save or print transaction records from iPads inside the dealership.
