Employee recognition matters. Zurich’s Excellence Awards go to high achievers who simplify, innovate and focus on our customers.

Winners receive financial awards, additional days of paid time off and a crystal keepsake, as well as supplemental points in their peer-recognition account to highlight the achievements of colleagues.
