Todd Kaminski named Head of Sales and Distribution for Alternative Markets

25-year Zurich veteran brings extensive sales leadership experience to this new and pivotal role.
On September 10, Todd Kaminski was named to the newly created position of Head of Sales and Distribution for Alternative Markets at Zurich North America. In this role, Kaminski will work with the Alternative Markets Strategic Business Unit heads and sales teams to further drive improved results across Alternative Markets. He will be responsible for sales strategy development; sales training and coaching; and sales talent acquisition, development and retention.
Kaminski will remain based in Philadelphia and report to Zurich North America CEO Kathleen Savio while she serves as ad interim Head of Alternative Markets.
Kaminski has been with Zurich for over 25 years, starting as a Direct Markets Account Executive in 1993. He moved on to several key sales roles, including Head of Sales for Direct Markets. Since 2017, he has been the Vice President of Sales Practices for North America, successfully identifying and implementing ways to improve the company’s sales mindset and execution to help achieve growth goals and enhance the customer experience. Kaminski also helped improve sales results with Zurich U.K. during a two-year assignment as Vice President of Sales and Distribution.
Kaminski has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Penn State University, a Certificate of Professional Development in leadership and negotiation from Wharton’s Executive Education program, and a Kellogg Executive Scholar designation from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
