Mechanical Claims Unit
The Zurich Mechanical Claims Unit provides expert claims service for completed operations and mechanical failure claims. The group is staffed with Mechanical Claims Specialist with over 200 years of combined mechanical-related experience, trained specifically for these types of claims. Each Mechanical Claims Specialist is ASE Master Certified and holds a degree in the automotive technology field. The Mechanical Claims Unit is equipped with software and online data information services that provide crucial technical information greatly improving our ability to accurately evaluate and resolve claims.
