INCENTIVE CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THIS CONTEST IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO THE TAXABILITY OF ANY PRIZE AWARDS, AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. WINNERS WILL BE DETERMINED BY HIGHEST CONTEST POINTS OBTAINED. 
CONTEST PERIOD. Nine (9) standalone contests will take place in 2026. Each contest will run from 12:00am CST on the start date until 11:59pm CST on the end date. The winners for each contest will be announced within two weeks of the contest end date.

ELIGIBILITY. The contest is open to wholesale brokers appointed with Zurich E&S and established on the Cowbell platform to submit business for Zurich Select Plus.
In-The-Box Submissions
Eligibility to be determined by sold date rather than policy effective date. For example, if the Participant has a submission on April 18, 2026, for a policy taking effect on June 1, 2026, the submission would be eligible for the first contest period (April 1 – April 30).

Binders
Eligibility to be determined by policy effective date. For example, if the Participant has a binder on April 18, 2026, for a policy taking effect on June 1, 2026, the binder would be eligible for the third contest period (June 1 – June 30).

Any Zurich Select Plus submissions or binders canceled during a Contest Period will not be included in the qualifying number. Canceled policies will not count towards the Team Performance total.
HOW TO ENTER.

During the Contest Period, eligible submissions and binders counted towards prizes can be earned as set out below. By entering the Contest Period(s), all entrants grant an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive license to Sponsor, to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the entries in connection with the Contest Period(s) and promotion of the Contest Period(s). Eligible submissions and binders must be reported to the Contest Administrator to receive credit.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION.

Winners (i.e., those who have qualified) will be determined by the number of eligible submissions and binders finalized in the week following the conclusion of the Contest Period. Prizes will be awarded for each Contest Period within thirty (30) days of the End Date for the applicable Contest Period.

In-The-Box Submissions
Each Contest Period, the top three (3) individual Participants submitting at least ten (10) In-The-Box Submissions at each wholesale brokerage will be eligible to win a predetermined prize valued up to $75.00, including shipping. Eligible submissions do not need to be bound during the Contest Period and may have effective dates before, during, or after April 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026.  In the event of a tie, the Participant who completed the first In-The-Box Submission during the applicable Contest Period will win. Participants may qualify and receive a prize for more than one Contest Period.

Binders 
Each Contest Period, the top three (3) individual Participants at each wholesale brokerage with at least three (3) accounts bound will be eligible to win a predetermined prize valued up to $150, including shipping. Participants with six (6) or more accounts bound will be eligible to win a predetermined prize valued up to $500, including shipping. In the event of a tie, the Participant with the largest total premium of accounts bound during the applicable Contest Period will win. Participants may qualify and receive a prize for more than one Contest Period. No winners will be selected if there are no Participants with at least three binders during the Contest Period. The submission date of the account is not contemplated.

Team Performance
To qualify, a team at one wholesale brokerage must bind at least 100 policies with effective dates occurring during the Contest Period. If more than one team qualifies, the team with the largest total premium of accounts bound during the Contest Period will win.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to Sponsor to publish the winning team’s name and to use the winning team’s name and/or likeness for purposes of publicity, advertising, and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS.

In-The-Box Submissions
Predetermined prize with an approximate retail value up to $75.00 (including shipping).

Winners are responsible for any and all applicable fees, service charges, surcharges or facility charges and all insurance, federal, state, local and foreign taxes, if any, and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize. Prize is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.

Binders
Predetermined prize with an approximate retail value up to $150 (including shipping) with at least three (3) accounts bound.

Predetermined prize with an approximate retail value up to $500 (including shipping) with at least six (6) accounts bound.

One (1) team event co-hosted by Zurich and Cowbell, which will be determined and arranged by Zurich and Cowbell. The event is subject to availability and certain restrictions. Prize is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. Prizes cannot be assigned or transferred. No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.

APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in this Contest and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By participating in the contest, all Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions. By entering the contest, each Participant agrees to waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, and its parent corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns, and agrees that they will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Participants against any liability for any injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses of any kind to person(s), including without limitation, personal injury and/or death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Participant’s participation in the contest, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of a prize and for claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend this contest. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) incomplete, inaccurate, lost, interrupted or unavailable network, satellite, telephone networks or lines, cellular towers or equipment (including handsets), computer online systems, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs, servers or providers, or other connections, availability or accessibility; (ii) unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or miscommunications, failed computer, telephone, cellular, satellite or cable transmissions, lines or other technical failure; (iii) computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (iv) any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical, electronic or network, including, without limitation, any errors which may occur in connection with the contest; or (v) any inability of a winner to accept the prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason.  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the contest or any website used in connection therewith, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified (and entry will be void).
