Zurich Next: A forum that’s built for your feedback

Listening and responding to our valued distributors has always been a priority at Zurich North America. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Zurich Next, an invitation-only online research community managed by Socratic Technologies and Q-Oasis.

Zurich Next will help us enhance how you do business with us, improving the experience and better meeting your needs. Zurich Next invites a select group of distributors and customers to participate in brief surveys and activities monthly, and flash polls periodically, to help us understand the needs of today’s changing marketplace. Our ultimate goal is to provide relevant services and solutions — with your help in creating them.

The communication will work both ways. Zurich Next members will reap the results of our research — though rest assured, participants’ privacy will be respected, and individual responses will remain confidential. By sharing group responses with our members, everyone can gain insights on how they and their peers view topics of interest, including ways to enhance service and experiences, and find solutions to help manage and mitigate risks.
