Tracy Lampert

Zurich North America Commercial Chief of Staff

Skills and experience

Tracy Lampert is the Chief of Staff for Zurich North America. In this role, she helps to set and drive the agenda for the North America Office of the CEO. She is also responsible for Corporate Communications, Community Investment, Employee Engagement and other key North America initiatives. In addition, she maintains oversight for Audit, Risk Management, and Security. She joined Zurich in 1995.

Prior to her current role, Lampert was the Head of Operational Transformation and also served as the Chief of Staff and Change Management Lead for the Technical Center. Before joining Zurich, she worked at FM Global (formerly Arkwright Mutual Insurance Company) as an underwriter.

Educational background

Lampert graduated from Northern Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in finance and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
