In 1912, a Zurich manager was sent from Switzerland on a mission: Cross the Atlantic and see if Zurich’s risk solutions might benefit trailblazers and job creators on the other side. He explored, listened and learned that the answer was “yes.” In the century since, Zurich North America has helped businesses in 25 industries protect their life’s work and reach their potential across more than 215 countries and territories.

Today, as industries and risks evolve, Zurich is still exploring, listening and learning. Our communities

Our 9,000+ employees in North America helped contribute over $2.5 million in value to nonprofits in 2018, but our commitment to communities goes deeper than any wallet. Through volunteering, we learned that tight budgets are challenging nonprofits to be more efficient than ever. So our employees began leading SkillShare Summits at our headquarters. More than 75 nonprofits came in 2018 to attend workshops where Zurich employees lend insights to help nonprofits magnify their impact.
