The dealership where you purchased the contract should be able to provide you with a copy of your contract(s). If your dealership is not accessible, please contact Zurich Customer Service by sending your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 888-835-5063.

Please contact the Finance Office at the dealership you originally purchased the contract from for further assistance. If your original dealership is no longer in business, please contact Zurich Customer Service at 888-835-5063.
If you have traded or sold your vehicle to a dealership, you could be entitled to a refund from your dealer. Please refer to the dealership where you originally purchased the contract to initiate a determine if you qualify for a refund.
Most Zurich contracts will not be affected by refinancing your loan; however, Zurich GAP Insurance only covers the original loan because it is an addendum to your financial agreement. Please contact your selling dealership to determine if you qualify for a refund.
You can request a cancellation by contacting the dealership who originally sold you the contract. You can find additional information by referring to your contract language under the section entitled Cancellation of Contract.
Cancellation refunds typically are created and issued by the Office Manager at the dealership where the contract was originally purchased. This process usually takes 4-6 weeks from the date your cancellation request is processed. If there is a lien currently on your vehicle, your refund will be sent to your lienholder and the balance will be applied toward your loan principle.
