Travel Assistance

The following services are available for covered travel:

Delayed Luggage or Lost/stolen Items

WTP can assist with connecting you through to the airline baggage department for updates and support or with locating the local police department if you need to lodge a theft.

Coordination of emergency travel

Lost passport – WTP can direct you to the nearest embassy/consulate and coordinate travel if needed. Unable to return home due to flight cancellations –  WTP can arrange extended hotel accommodation and help you get in touch with your family or colleagues at home.

Translation Services

WTP understand the importance of having access to global languages no matter the time of day. If there is not someone in their direct team that can support the language needed, they utilize the services of expert partners who assist with telephone interpretation as well as written translation services.

Legal referral

Zurich Travel Assist can assist you in locating a lawyer in the area in which you are traveling.
