       The ZProgramsMatch portal was developed for licensed P&C insurance agents who want to access insurance programs underwritten by Zurich. No Zurich appointment is needed.

  2. How do I get access to ZProgramsMatch?

       Just visit the Zurich Programs site or to view all the available programs and program overviews, and to submit inquiries to the Program Administrator for the program(s) of interest. A Zurich appointment is not required to access the website. You will receive a response directly from the appropriate Program Administrator.

  3. What is an insurance program?

       Zurich’s insurance programs are generally industry-specific books of commercial lines of business, ranging from contractor insurance to lawyers’ professional liability to hazardous transportation. All programs listed on the Zurich Programs site are underwritten by member companies of Zurich in North America, including Zurich American Insurance Company, an A.M. Best A+ rated company.*

       A Program Administrator is a non-insurance company with underwriting authority.

  5. Will Zurich contact me directly when I request contact?

       No, your request will go directly to the Program Administrator that handles the program on behalf of Zurich. The Program Administrator has deep knowledge and experience in underwriting review for the applicable program and will work directly with you on your submission opportunities.

  6. How can I obtain an application or submit a risk?

       Appropriate applications and additional information are available directly from each Program Administrator. Visit the Zurich Programs site and click on the “Contact this Program Administrator” box from the program description page that you are interested in. Complete the required information and hit “submit”. Your request will automatically be sent to the appropriate Program Administrator, who will follow up with you directly.

  7. How long will it take a Program Administrator to respond to my inquiry?

       You should receive a response directly from the Program Administrator. If you do not receive an adequate response, please notify us at and we will follow up with the Program Administrator on your behalf.

  8. What will my commission be?

       The commission varies by program. To learn more about the commission for a specific program, select “Contact this Program Administrator” from the program description page and complete the required information. Please note your commission inquiry in the comments box. Once you hit “Submit,” the appropriate Program Administrator will follow up with you directly.

  9. Does my commission count towards other Zurich commission programs?

       No. The commission that you generate through ZProgramsMatch does not count or apply towards any other commission or profitability agreements you may have with any Zurich business division.
