After more than 20 years of dedicated service, Ro Rogers, Senior Vice President of Programs for Zurich North America, will retire in January. Ro has been a driving force behind our programs and has built strong, lasting relationships with our program administrators.

We’re pleased to announce that Brad Ware will step into the Senior Vice President role. With 25+ years of industry experience, Brad has a proven track record in leading underwriting operations, managing portfolios, and developing high-performing teams.

Ro and Brad will collaborate over the coming months to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for our program administrators. Please join us in thanking Ro for her exceptional contributions and wishing her all the best as she begins her next chapter. At the same time, we’re excited to welcome Brad to the Programs family as we look forward to continued success together.

Colleagues shared these comments, upon hearing of Ro's retirement.

"One of my favorite memories from our office days is the Friday Afternoon Jam Sessions. By three o’clock, the week would wind down, and music would start playing courtesy of Kevin Schlueter. Ro would step out of her office, joining in with a song—often adding her own dance moves. Those moments perfectly captured Ro’s joyful spirit and brought so much energy to our team." - Brian O'Neill

"Ro congratulations on your retirement! Cheers to your next adventure! May your retirement be sprinkled with fun hobbies, cherished moments with loved ones, and the freedom to write your own story every day. May every day bring you fresh excitement and well-deserved relaxation. Thank you for making our workplace brighter!" - Alina Popovskiy

"Ro has truly been the cornerstone of the Programs team. She is not only an outstanding leader, but also a genuinely caring person that takes the time to get to know each team member personally.  There is never a dull moment with Ro around and her presence will be deeply missed by all of us!" - Amy McConnell

"I am thrilled to see Ro take her much-deserved retirement. Her direct and no-nonsense approach has made a real difference for everyone lucky enough to work with her. I’ll miss our regular conversations and hearing all about her adventures in Hawaii and Texas. Wishing you all the happiness in this exciting new chapter, Ro—you truly deserve it." - Susan Gordan

"Ro, your leadership and vibrant spirit have left a lasting mark on our Programs business. You always brought intelligence, fun, and a personal touch—even when tough decisions had to be made. We’ll miss your collaboration, your advocacy, and yes, your colorful language! You’re truly unforgettable. Thank you for everything, and enjoy your well-deserved retirement." - Mike Maher

"Ro, I have truly enjoyed working with you for the past 22 years. You have unselfishly shared your insurance knowledge and challenged us to think outside of the box.  I will always remember your laugh echoing through the halls and your contagious sense of humor that made coming to work a joy. Wishing you all the best in your well-earned retirement." - Sharon Burns
