In this role as Head of Regional Distribution, Andy is leading Zurich’s Regional Executives, Area Executives and Territory Leaders in implementing ZNA’s distribution strategy and promoting our customer value proposition across the U.S. Andy and his team will continue to collaborate with ZNA's business units to foster a One Zurich sales culture focused on driving profitable growth. Additionally, they will work closely with the National Strategic Broker Relationship team to align and coordinate efforts.
Since joining Zurich in 2008, Peterson has held several leadership roles, including Regional Executive, Senior Broker Relationship Leader, Regional Vice President for the Northeast Region, Head of Operations for Specialty Products, Head of Private Equity and Senior Vice President for Financial Lines. Previously, he held leadership roles at AIG.
Educational background
Peterson holds an MBA in finance from Fordham University and a bachelor’s degree in management from Providence College.
