Cathy Padalino is the Head of Underwriting, Financial Lines, for Zurich U.S., where she leads our Product Officer team and is responsible for executing strategies with brokers and clients across our Financial Lines portfolio.
Padalino joined Zurich in 2025 and has over thirty years of industry experience. Her previous roles include Private and Nonprofit Practice Leader and Financial Services Group Product Specialist at Aon, and various product leadership roles at Chubb, including Global Cyber and Errors and Omissions Product Manager and Global Employment Practices Liability Manager.
Educational background
Padalino earned her bachelor’s degree from Hobart and William Smith College, Geneva NY.
