Rita Hamilton is Assistant Vice President at Zurich North America. She has overseen an experienced team of Claims counsel in professional liability matters throughout the United States. Her many years of experience in the healthcare area include both clinical and legal practice. Prior to joining Zurich, Hamilton was in private practice, specializing in healthcare law and the defense of healthcare providers.

Hamilton holds a Juris Doctor degree from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso.
