Todd Kaminski is Head of Direct Markets for Zurich North America, shaping strategy and direction for one of the nation’s leading providers of Property & Casualty (P&C) and Finance & Insurance (F&I) solutions for franchised auto dealerships. Reporting directly to the CEO, he is a member of both the Zurich North America Executive Committee and the Group Leadership Team.
With over 30 years at Zurich, Kaminski has a proven track record of driving growth, profitability and innovation. He has launched and scaled new business models built high-performing teams and delivered strong results.
Kaminski’s experience spans the U.S. and international markets. As Senior Vice President, Head of Business Development for Direct Markets, he spearheaded the launch of three startup business models, developed new distribution partnerships and brought total solutions to customers. As Head of Sales and Distribution for Alternative Markets, he led four distinct businesses to achieve ambitious growth and profitability targets.
Earlier in his career, Kaminski served as Sales and Distribution Executive for U.K. General Insurance, where he adapted U.S. best practices to enhance broker engagement and drive profitable growth in the U.K. market.
Beyond Zurich, Kaminski also ran a leadership-focused consulting business, helping clients achieve rapid growth, customer loyalty and sustained profitability. He is recognized for cultivating talent, creating customer-focused sales systems and leading training initiatives that elevate team performance and confidence.
Educational background
Kaminski holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University. His leadership journey is complemented by advanced executive education from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Co-Active Coaching Training Institute.
