Zurich North America names Ernie Salas Senior Broker Relationship Leader

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. – Ernie Salas has been named Senior Broker Relationship Leader for Zurich North America.
Salas is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned distributors and developing and executing distribution strategies with Zurich’s senior executives, business leaders and regional leadership teams.
Salas has 27 years of insurance industry and leadership experience, including roles of increasing responsibility at Chubb. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President with Chubb Commercial Insurance, where he served the division’s General Liability practice and led the Specialty Casualty & Construction customer group for North America. He also held numerous leadership roles at Willis and AIG.

Salas earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont. He resides in the greater Philadelphia area with his wife and family.
