Lindy Hood is Head of Customer Experience for Zurich North America, where she is responsible for overseeing customer transformation, including the delivery of differentiating experiences and strengthening customer-focused capabilities. By focusing on understanding customer needs, she and her team enhance the company’s propositions and experiences at moments that matter along the customer journey. Prior to leading customer transformation, Hood was Head of Marketing, where she developed and implemented marketing strategies to drive profitable growth. Before joining Zurich in 2012, she held leadership roles at HSBC North America and The Boston Consulting Group.

Educational background

Hood holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
