Eric Cittadino is the U.S. Middle Market Head of Programs for Zurich North America where he is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Programs business, including Diversified Programs, Property Catastrophe / Excess & Surplus, Segmented Programs, Construction Services, Programs Sales and New Programs. He brings more than 25 years of experience to this position and has been with Zurich since 2000.
Prior to his current role, Cittadino served on the Programs leadership team as a Strategic Business Unit Leader, providing strategic and operational management to the CAT Excess & Surplus, Industry-Focused and Unique Programs market baskets. He also has held several leadership roles across the organization, including Construction Regional Vice President for the Midwest Territory and Chief of Staff for the former Alternative Markets business unit.
Educational background
Cittadino holds bachelor’s degrees in both finance and marketing from Western Illinois University.
